Power BI
I was tasked with developing a dashboard that would with quality assurance for our assisted living department’s MAR (Medical Administration Record) system data.
Using PowerBI, I collected data on medication passes and vitals that allowed managers to assess trends and compliance with client vitals and employee performance.
Power Apps and Power Platform
As a non-profit with a small IT department, I had to opportunity to address operational inefficiencies by introducing our organization the power of Power Apps.
Examples of applications/systems I’ve developed include:
- Health Tracker for COVID-19.
- Job Requisition Form for management staff to submit new job postings.
- Safety Inspection Checklist for tracking and storage of safety inspections.
- Inventory Manager for tracking of organizational assets (used by IT and Mental Health Center)
- Site and Account Manager for assets and third party account information for our 60+ sites.
- ‘1 Percent’ Form for processing employee eligibility for training bonuses through aggregation external training history data.
SharePoint Migration
I served as a consultant as well as co-project lead for our SharePoint migration, which sought to migrate our legacy file stores (network drives) and modernize them to take full advantage of the Microsoft 365 platform.
I worked with our various departments to determine their business needs and leveraged SharePoint to improve their workflows.
